We are on a mission to provide
Health And Healing
for Yadkin County
who we are
We are a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit primary health care location for Yadkin County Citizens between the ages of 18-64 without medical insurance, Medicaid, Medicare or disability.
what we do
We provide medical care including complete laboratory tests and medications all free of charge for patients with chronic care diseases and acute needs as available.
how you can help
We are funded through donations, fundraisers and grant awards. You can help our ministry continue by donating unused medications, volunteering in our clinic or donating funds to help us continue our mission.
At Hands of Hope Medical Clinic, we offer 100% free medical care to residents of Yadkin County between the ages of 18 – 64 who have no insurance and are not receiving Disability, Medicare or Medicaid. We speak Spanish! (Nosotros hablamos español)
We provide medical care as it would be received at a typical medical clinic. This includes treatment for hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, common infections, and other diseases or conditions. We also have access to many lab tests to assist our providers in diagnosis and treatment. If necessary, we also have relationships with other community resources to find the health care services you may need. We do not provide or distribute controlled drugs or substances. Our clinic is located at 320-A West Maple Street in Yadkinville, NC.
“33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion. 34 So he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.”
