Do I need to make an appointment for medical care?
If you are a chronic care patient, you need to make an appointment with us. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please call the clinic at 336-677-1444 to reschedule your appointment.
If you are a NEW patient, you will need to come to our walk-in clinic on Tuesday. First come first serve. We have a limit each day for the number of people we can see.
Are there any charges for the medical service I receive?
There are NO charges. Our medical services are provided to people between the ages of 18-64 who are Yadkin County residents without health insurance completely FREE.
Who may come to the walk-in clinic?
The walk-in clinic is for ACUTE CARE only. Patients with illnesses, infections, or urgent needs will be seen on a first come first serve basis. Chronic care patients must schedule to be seen in our chronic care clinic.
What do I need to take with me to the clinic?
Please bring a photo ID and any medical history you are willing to share.
When are you open?
We are open for walk-in (first come, first serve) on Mondays from 10am-3pm and Tuesdays from 8am- 4:30pm. Our doors open at 8am for scheduled chronic care patients. We are open Monday and Wednesday 9-4:30pm for administrative office hours and for pick-up of medications.
