ABOUT HANDS OF HOPE

At Hands of Hope Medical Clinic, we offer 100% free medical care to residents of Yadkin County between the ages of 18 – 64 who have no insurance and are not receiving Disability, Medicare or Medicaid. We provide medical care as it would be received at a typical medical clinic. This includes treatment for hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, common infections, and other diseases or conditions. We also have access to many lab tests to assist our providers in diagnosis and treatment. If necessary, we also have relationships with other community resources to find the health care services you may need. We do not provide or distribute controlled drugs or substances. We speak Spanish! (Nosotros hablamos español).
